Who will bill my insurance, and why do I need to provide a credit card?
Your UTI PCR test will be processed and billed by our licensed laboratory partner, not by MyUTI. The lab will work directly with your insurance provider to submit the claim. You are asked to provide a credit card in case your insurance denies the claim or applies cost-sharing. Any balance due will be communicated to you by the lab.
Will my insurance cover the cost of this UTI test?
Coverage depends on your individual insurance plan, including your benefits, deductible, and network participation. What if my insurance doesn’t cover the test or denies the claim?
